Advertising sales executive

At the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Rachel partners with C-suite executives across the region to execute B2B marketing campaigns through print, digital, and event sponsorships.

community relations

Rachel's day-to-day consists of in-person client presentations, relationship-building meetings, community events, and serving on numerous boards.

She taps into a deep network of companies and other Account Executives at the other 45 local Business Journals across the country.

As the premier business news publication, she has created relationships with major PR and marketing firms, as well as other earned-media outlets.

She leads 450+ 21-35 year olds as part of her board position at the Chamber. Her mission is to help other leaders on their professional development, connection to non-profits, and holistic well-being through facilitating events and speaker series.

As a paid active member in 9+ Chambers and industry groups, Rachel maintains her community and corporate relationships. 

non-profit charter founder

In college, Rachel began a charter of MEDLIFE: medicine, education, and development for low-income families everywhere. She grew the organization from 4 members to 150+ members within 3 years. Rachel planned and led a group of 70+ students to the Amazon Rainforest to partner with native physicians and local leaders on their mobile clinic operations and schools' development projects.

volunteerism

Rachel gave 438+ hours of community service in 2025 within the state of Florida. Her goal for 2026 is 500 volunteer hours, logged through United Way Suncoast.

Amplification of organization efforts

She has partnered with numerous organizations to further their missions. Whether it be fundraising, corporate partnerships, in-kind donations, marketing consulting, recruitment of volunteers, or other services-- Rachel continues to give back daily.

Through partnering with non-profits on the mission to amplify their message through strategic, story‑driven marketing, she continues to bring in new donors and community relationships. She is also creating opportunities for different organizations to connect with one another, strengthening collaboration and expanding their collective impact.

Dance

inaugural division 1 university dance team member

Collegiate dance team member, recognized as a D1 athlete by the University of Kentucky.

national judge & choreographer

Rachel was employed by the Universal Dance Association-- the leading dance team company in the world. Over the course of her 3 years with the company she taught over 130,000 dancers through camps, private sessions, school tryouts, and UDA competitions. 

workforce development training

She was the first to bring professional and workforce development to UDA Camps. She led seminars at each camp about interview skills, confidence building, business decorum, networking, and the power of branding. 

Hobbies

world travel

Rachel's goal is to visit 30 countries before she turns 30. She is currently at 24 countries!

As her primary fundraising method for the American Heart Association, she has leaned into her baking and decorating abilities. 

fitness

Rachel has Hashimoto's-- an incurable autoimmune disease that targets her thyroid causing her to experience depression, weight gain, fatigue, and hormonal imbalances. She has been able to manage her hormone levels through eating a healthy diet and maintaining her intense workout routine.
